to get the Bill out of the House and into the Senate by the end of June,
so that we can have an "Official State Soil" by the Soil
Congress in July! There is a great probability that this can
happen, if we start a letter writing campaign to House State
Government Committee Chair representative Clymer and Senate State
Government Chair Senator Lemmond. Their contact information is
